Pittsburgh — Dec. 12, 2025 — Get ready for a night of hilarious, timely comedy when longtime “Saturday Night Live” cast member and stand-up comedian Colin Jost comes to Rivers Casino on the North Shore on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at 7 p.m.
Colin Jost is a writer, performer and author best known for his work on “Saturday Night Live.” He started writing for “SNL” in 2005 and has been the co-anchor of the show’s “Weekend Update” since 2014.
Jost has won five Writers Guild Awards and two Peabody Awards and has been nominated for 18 Emmy Awards for his writing on “SNL.” He received two Emmys in 2025 for his work as a producer and writer for “SNL50: The Anniversary Special.”
Jost and Michael Che have hosted special editions of “Weekend Update” on MSNBC during the 2016 Republican and Democratic national conventions as well as the primetime “Weekend Update Summer Edition” in 2017. The duo also co-hosted the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards in 2018, and in 2024, they executive produced and co-hosted Peacock’s first-ever live comedy event, “Colin Jost and Michael Che Present: New York After Dark,” which featured an evening of surprise drop-in performances from stand-up comedians.
As a writer, Jost has been published multiple times in The New Yorker and has contributed to the New York Times Magazine and the HuffPost, among other outlets.
Jost received a Sports Emmy Award for his work serving as an NBC Sports correspondent in Tahiti for the surfing competition at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He also received strong reviews as the featured entertainer of the 2024 White House Correspondents’ Association dinner.
In 2024, Jost debuted as the host of “Pop Culture Jeopardy!” for Amazon Prime Video, for which he received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Host for a Game Show.
